My 2025 YW CLASS Presidency Planner is ready and it's better than ever! It's been REFRESHED with a NEW layout to align with all the handbook updates from the past year! Leading, training and managing YW Class Presidencies is a big job! Simply print and utilize this simple planner to help them visually see each area they should be aware of and focusing on. It also allows them to take the lead and self-manage many aspects of their calling and doing so will help train them to become amazing future YW Leaders!

NOTE: Almost every responsibility now falls into 1 of 4 categories... LIVE, CARE, INVITE & UNITE - so my updates fluidly align with these new focus areas (see handbook)!

Basically, each month has a simple two-page planning spread (with monthly calendar, class presidency meeting agenda & notes, teaching schedule, assignment tracker, activity planners & ward youth council notes!). I recommend either spiral binding like a planner, 3 hole punching for a binder (SPINES NOW INCLUDED) OR (the least expensive way) --> use a 3-hole/pronged folder!

EDITABLE (using Adobe Reader): Pre-set fields are already programmed for you, simply open the PDF with the latest version of Adobe Reader (which is free) and you can add birthdays, events, etc before printing. A tip sheet is included to help you get started with the basics! Existing text, design and layout cannot be changed.

HOW TO PRINT & ASSEMBLE: Print your planner on regular white paper and choose "double sided printing". All inside pages are black and white only (which makes printing much less expense). For the covers, print front and back for each planner you make. The covers are designed for "borderless" printing, so if you are printing at home - select "photo printing" on your print properties and choose 8.5x11 borderless in your print properties if available. For most vivid color results, use any type of glossy paper. I laminate my covers before binding to increase durability. Printing your covers can also be done at a copy shop. Then, either spiral bind or punch and store in a 3-ring binder.

✔ I recommend using photo or glossy brochure paper for PDF's
